Bangladeshi Scientist Invents
Plastic Coin for Mass Education
A Bangladeshi scientist has invented the Plastic
Coin that could be made of different denominations. This
type of coins can be made of hard nylons, ABS plastics and
other synthetic materials. The numeric figure which will represent the
denomination mark may be embossed at one side of the coin. Any alphabets,
symbols or slogans can be embossed or imprinted on the other side of the coin. Pre-school
going kids are expert of tearing out the alphabet learning books @ one book per week. This coin
will help the kids learning the alphabets and numeric figures of their mother language and other international languages without letting them to tear out the reading materials.
The name of the issuing Government
or the authority and relevant information may be embossed on one
side of the coin. Alphabets, numeric digits or slogans may be imprinted on the
other side of the coin. The coin can be used for serving multiple purposes,
i.e., as legal tenders, for mass education and motivating the people with
different educational slogans on any specific national issues.
The plastic coin may be used as legal
currency for any denomination. The coin can be made of diverse sizes and
shapes, e.g., circular, square, pentagonal and other different geometric shape.
The coin can be made of different colors and small children will love to play
with it and learning the alphabets, numeric figures, symbols and make small sentences
using these coins. As the coin can be made of plastics and other synthetic
materials, therefore it will be cheaper than metallic coins. During
production process, magnetic security codes written on a thin metallic film may be inserted
inside the plastic coins for protecting them from fraudulent manufacturing.
The main features of the plastic coins
are:
1. The
plastic coin can be used as legal currency and for mass education. It can be
used for teaching alphabets of different languages around the world.
2. The
plastic coin may be used for issuing any amount of currency or denomination.
3.
Children can learn alphabets, numeric figures, symbols and can play 'make
sentences' with plastic coins.
4.
Plastic coins can be made as per different geometric shapes, sizes and colors.
5. Plastic coins are more durable than the currency notes
made from paper and lighter than the metallic coins in comparison.
